Until when can I cancel the day office free of charge?
Should anything come up, you can cancel your day office appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This gives you flexibility in your planning.
Can I also use the day office on weekends or in the evenings?
Our day offices are available weekdays during reception opening hours. Unfortunately, they are not accessible in the evenings and on weekends.
Is the room suitable for video calls?
Do I have to pay in advance or will I receive the invoice afterwards?
Payment is processed afterward. You'll automatically receive an invoice after your visit, so you don't have to arrange anything in advance.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at our locations. We therefore kindly ask that you leave your pet at home.
I'd like an additional meeting room, but not for a full day. Is that possible?
If you need an extra meeting room during your workday, you don't have to book it for a whole day. Using our Frame Offices app, you can easily book an additional room up to half an hour in advance. The app immediately shows you which rooms are currently available, so you can quickly switch to a different one.
