A Frame Offices membership is not tied to a single location. You choose how many days per month you want to work and whether you use a flexible workspace or a lockable day office. A membership that you use flexibly, exactly when and where you need it.

Work flexibly from the flexible workspaces at our locations or opt for the peace and privacy of a lockable day office. Within both options, you can choose 5 or 10 days per month, or unlimited access.

What can I do with my membership?
With your membership, you can use our flexible workspaces and the facilities included with your membership. Which facilities are available and how many days you can work flexibly depend on the type of membership.
At which locations can I work flexibly?
Your flexwork membership is not tied to one specific location. You can use the various Frame Offices locations where flexible workspaces are available. Check our website for an overview of the locations.
Can I bring a colleague or guest?
Your membership is personal. Therefore, a guest cannot automatically use the facilities available to members.
Would you like to bring a colleague? We can charge a day pass for this.
Can I use a meeting room or day office?
Yes. As a member, you can book meeting rooms and day offices at the applicable rate. You can easily reserve these via the available booking options on our website.
Can I get a permanent workspace?
A flexible workspace is not a fixed workstation by default. You reserve an available flexible workspace and can choose a different spot each time. This keeps flexible working flexible.
What if no flexible workspace is available?
Are all flexible workspaces occupied? Then unfortunately, you cannot simply use another room. Check if there is availability at another time, another place, or another Frame Offices location.
Can I conduct online meetings and phone calls from the location?
Yes, of course. We do ask you to be considerate of other members. Do you have a longer, confidential, or important call? Then preferably use a call room, meeting room, or day office.
