Creative hub and hotel for entrepreneurs

Have you noticed the facelift of Frame Offices on Atoomweg yet? From an old multi-tenant building to a creative hub. With a new facade and a refreshing ground floor, the building has made a fresh start. A place where entrepreneurs feel like they are in a hotel, but only during the day, becauseovernight stays are the only thing not possible at this hotel for entrepreneurs. 

Entrepreneurship is a top sport 

“A place where you can grow as an entrepreneur, together with other entrepreneurs,” is how location manager Michiel Fokker describes the branch at Lage Weide. “We started Frame Offices at this location at the end of 2019 with  the goal of  injecting new  business dynamics  and creating an  energetic  community. This required a visual update, and the result  is impressive ; the renovation of the central hall was completed a few weeks ago and it looks fantastic!” Frame Offices accommodates a diverse range of entrepreneurs, who, thanks to the upgrade, can work, hold meetings, and bump into each other in a pleasant atmosphere. For example, staffing agencies, financial advisors , programmers, and  lawyers are based here, and  a direct connection has been established with  the adjacent restaurant res­tau­rant Vineyard . “The entrepreneurs within Frame Offices also strengthen each other by working together. That connection is becoming increasingly visible as well Vineyard . For instance, several  entrepreneurs  are following a program at the sport­school  Deducated gym, which is also located in Frame Offices. In that respect, entrepreneurship is just like top-level sports!” . Zenkele   

The 'new' standard 

Since the arrival of the coronavirus, Fokker has seen customer preferences change. “We notice that flexibility and full service have become extra important during this time. Brief consultations and receiving guests can take place in the downstairs lobby while enjoying a cup of coffee, background music, and the dynamic atmosphere of the restaurant. In that respect, tenants more spoiled than a few years ago. “Previously, running water and electricity were the must-haves; later, a Wi-Fi connection was added. Nowadays, full service is the latest must-haveand the foundation ofall Frame Offices locations. Adapting to the tenant is our priority, and we therefore tailor the package specifically in consultation with our clients. You could also view the central hall as a hotel lobby. A beautiful place to come together and where everyone is welcome. From there, tenants can then go to their own space in the building.” The community and the hotel feel attractenergetic tenants with new, refreshing ideas. “In that respect, Frame Offices is a hotel for entrepreneurs. Just not intended for overnight stays!” and that is the only thing that is not possible at this hotel for entrepreneurs.
