Frame Offices designs new landmark location in The Rock on the Zuidas!
Frame Offices is taking the next big step in Amsterdam! As of February 2026, we are opening a brand-new location in The Rock, one of the most iconic buildings in the Zuidas. With this expansion, we are not only strengthening our presence in the capital but also adding a true eye-catcher to our portfolio of high-quality, hospitality-driven work environments.
A unique location for ambitious companies
The Rock, designed by renowned architect Erick van Egeraat, is an architectural masterpiece and a landmark in the Zuidas. The striking, dynamic design with playful lines and premium finishes aligns perfectly with the image of Frame Offices. Within The Rock we are creating 3,000 m² of fully furnished workspaces, spread across multiple floors. The building is currently undergoing a thorough renovation with a focus on sustainability, with The Rock scheduled for completion at the end of 2025 with a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification and an A++ energy label. Companies will soon find a flexible mix of private offices, meeting rooms, and community spaces here, all in accordance with our signature full-service concept.
