Last Thursday, November 18, 2021, Frame Offices organized the PreSales Lunch at Little C – The Scott for commercial real estate agents in Rotterdam. With an attendance of just under 30 people, we can look back on a successful event.
The new residential and office district Little C has already been awarded various prizes, such as the RotterdamArchitecture Prize 2021 and the Job Dura Prize 2021. Not only the jury prizes, but also the public awards went to this collection of residential and office buildings. Little C is a pleasant, lived-in, and timeless environment that fits like a puzzle piece in a 'non-place' on the Coolhaven. It is not surprising that Frame Offices is keen to open its fourth location in Little C , a district of fifteen residential and office buildings with a New York character.
With the PreSales Lunch, the Frame Offices Sales team took the commercial brokers on a tour of this new part Rotterdam. The warehouses with their bold stone facades, robust black steel outdoor staircases, and office lofts with 4-meter ceiling heights and large industrial windows bring a new cosmopolitan accent to Rotterdam's office stock. The lunch took place in warehouse The Scott, which is still entirely in a shell state. In a single morning, Location Manager Isabelle van der Schaft transformed the ground floor into an atmospheric reception area with beautiful tables, flowers, and candlesticks with burning candles.
In his welcome speech, Commercial Director Ewoud Mosterd introduced everyone to Frame Offices' exciting plans for this location. The combination of game-changers, innovators, and B2B organizations creates a dynamic tenant mix for businesses. Frame Offices offers fully serviced office space, flexible workspaces for nomads, coworking spaces for autonomy, and inspiring meeting rooms. Mosterd sees this location as an excellent opportunity for collaborations with innovators in the medical sector. The newly constructed "Daniel den Hoed Bridge" will connect people to the largest medical center in the Netherlands.
In various groups, the real estate agents were given a tour of the building and received explanations regarding the floor plans, layouts, and the interior fit-out project. An exhibition filled with renders provided a good impression of the plans as a whole. The look & feel, colors, and materials set the tone for the final result to be delivered at the end of February 2022. Frame Offices wanted to familiarize the agents with this central location: opposite the Erasmus MC, next to the University of Applied Sciences, with the Museum Park around the corner and Rotterdam 's new literary café as a neighbor. Office and workspace for start-ups, gamechangers, and innovators—companies seeking the freedom to do business—will feel right at home here. The real estate agents invited also concluded that you'll find everything you need here to get the most out of your working self.
