Bank Building as National Monument
Close to City Hall and the river Maas, in the urban heart of Rotterdam, you will find this old white bank building. It rises up till the eleventh floor providing every office unit a spectacular view on the Erasmus bridge, the Coolsingel or on the historic Schielandhuis with garden. Working here also means entering a National Monument everyday and becoming part of its rich and exciting history.
Offices can be rented from 27 m² on and are located on the first up to the eleventh floor. The smallest office units are already suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The units can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Our design team is happy to help you on your way.
