    • Adding an Order Form: A Frame Offices employee will ensure that an order form from the relevant tenant is included with each batch of mail. This ensures clear identification and assignment of the mail items.
  4. Billing process:
    • Monthly Consolidated Invoice: Frame Offices receives a consolidated invoice for all postalservices performed for its tenants during that month.
    • Specification per Tenant: On the consolidated invoice, the costs are itemized per tenant. This ensures transparency and enables Frame Offices to invoice each tenant individually for the postalservices.
