FRAME OFFICES & CAPRICORN CAPITAL GROUP ENTER INTO PARTNERSHIP

Frame Offices signs an agreement for a new location in Utrecht de Meern. This involves the operation of serviced offices and the provision of hospitality services in the New Delphi building at Rijnzathe 6, covering an area of 1,000 m². Capricorn Capital Group acted as developer and advisor. Square Asset Management BV was involved in this process as advisor.
The building is currently being redeveloped and will be occupied in early 2022 by a mix of large corporate companies and SMEs. This creates a vibrant mix where tenants want for nothing. The focus is on the leasing of serviced offices, dedicated desk subscriptions, flexible workspaces, co-working spaces, community building, and the provision of meeting rooms. New Kantoor and Ook Architecten have been engaged for the interior design and project realization. Vineyard Food & Drinks will be the hospitality partner at this Frame Offices location and offers a delicious seasonal menu full of local products.
