What do you need to apply for a virtual office?
To draw up the agreement, we need the following information:
- Chamber of Commerce extract (not older than 3 months)
- Copy ID
- Phone number
- Email address, including for invoicing
- Desired location and start date
- Signed and dated organizational chart (if applicable)
- UBO extract from the Chamber of Commerce (if applicable)
I'm not yet registered with the Chamber of Commerce. What now?
If you have not yet registered your business with the Chamber of Commerce, we will help you get started. We will draft a concept agreement and write aleidenletter that you can take with you to your appointment at the Chamber of Commerce. As soon as the registration is complete, we will finalize your agreement.
We help everyone find a suitable business address. For the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration process, we only support Dutch business owners. Foreign companies must arrange their registration independently before we can take further steps. After successful registration, we can, of course, assist with changing the address.
I've submitted a request. What now?
We've received your application and will start processing it immediately. Our sales department will prepare a suitable proposal, and once you approve it and make your first payment, you'll receive a questionnaire from our KYC department. Once you complete this and it's approved, your application is complete. You're then ready to submit your new address to the Chamber of Commerce (KvK). The KvK often processes this within a few business days.
A KYC check?
As a virtual office provider, Frame Offices is required to vet every client through a "Know Your Customer" check. During this check, you'll be asked various questions about your business, and you'll need to upload information like your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract. This is to prevent illegal activity.
Additional telephone service?
In addition to mail processing, Frame Offices also offers a supplementary professional telephony service, ensuring your company is optimally accessible by phone. Our hostesses assist your contacts in a customer-oriented manner at all times, using the agreed-upon preferred approach. We offer this additional telephone service starting from €50 per month.
